We enjoy working with our customers' architects, for whom we provide individual quotes for their designs, and we also collaborate with a number of renowned architects who will turn your dreams into drawings. Do you only have a photo of a house you like? No problem. We will find an experienced architect who will redraw everything so that your new home can be priced and built.
ELK is a master of processes and coordination. We will gladly take care of everything related to building your dream home. Our experienced experts will contact suppliers on your behalf and arrange everything from A to Z.
What is not a problem for ELK?
We will organize coordination on the construction site if you are planning a swimming pool or biotope.
We will coordinate the construction of indoor and outdoor saunas and wellness facilities.
We will arrange the design and implementation of access roads and other paved areas.
